Bold Scandinavia unifies 20,000 cities with an optimistic mobility identity

Twenty thousand cities across 90 countries. When Bold Scandinavia first heard those numbers from Arrive, the scale of the challenge became immediately clear. This wasn’t just about creating a logo and colour palette – it was about unifying an entire ecosystem of mobility brands, each with their own history and personality, under one coherent identity. Arrive serves as the parent brand for household names like EasyPark, Flowbird and ParkMobile, but the company’s ambitions stretch far beyond parking. They’re building what they call the world’s leading mobility platform, encompassing everything from traffic management to smart payments to public transport investment. The question Bold faced was deceptively simple: how do you create a brand that feels both unified and flexible enough to accommodate such diversity? “The tricky part was finding that sweet spot between unity and individuality,” explains Oskar Lübeck, Founder & Chief Creative Officer at Bold. “The brand needed to feel solid, clear and recognisable across the world, but also leave space for new acquisitions and evolving ideas. “The answer came through months of stakeholder interviews and workshops, particularly conversations with Arrive’s CEO Cameron Clayton. Lübeck describes Clayton as “a very inspiring guy actually, grew up on a sheep farm in New Zealand and has worked many years in advertising. So he knows how important emotions are in branding.” Through these sessions, one concept kept surfacing: optimism.
