Canela Fina is a space in the centre of Barcelona where people can learn to cook, taste and experiment with food. Their brand is designed by Pràctica, a design studio with offices in Barcelona and New York. The identity is based around the stains that are left behind after a gastronomic experience. To aesthetically represent this, Pràctica used an old Japanese printing technique called ‘Gyotaku’, which uses physical elements as printing plates. Pràctica
