Fable&Co. marks 10 years with a rebrand built on thoughtful creativity
A decade on from launching Fable&Co., Ross Davison has refined both his studio and its identity to reflect a journey from ambitious beginnings to focused industry authority. The London-based Creative & Managing Director has built a practice specialising in corporate branding for legal and professional services, energy and sustainability, technology and innovation, and finance and investments – sectors where strategic intelligence and creative craft hold equal weight. With notable successes including Grapeshot's brand transformation ahead of its £400 million Oracle acquisition and the distinctive identity for elite litigation boutique Pallas Partners, Davison’s approach centres on brands that drive measurable outcomes whilst enduring beyond aesthetic trends. In this conversation, he discusses the evolution of Fable&Co., the challenges of rebranding themselves, and why he believes the studio’s best work is still to come. TBI: Hi Ross! How are things at the studio? RD: It’s been an incredibly exciting time for us lately. We’ve just completed a full studio refurbishment, and it feels like a real milestone – the space now truly embodies who we are. It’s more refined, textured and characterful; elegant yet full of creative energy. The change has been transformative – it feels like we’ve turned a corner. We’re in the midst of a real evolution as a studio: growing the team, taking on some remarkable new projects, and moving forward with a clearer sense of direction and purpose. There’s a renewed sense of momentum and optimism – it genuinely feels like the beginning of an inspiring new chapter for us.
