“Our best yet.” The Design Conference is packed with top-tier talks
The Design Conference 2025 is shaping up to be something special. Taking place on 18-20 June, TDC Founder Matthew Haynes promises it will be their “best yet – and by a long shot,” with double the LED panels, enhanced theatrics and a renewed focus on creating life-changing experiences for attendees. Whether you’re joining in person or streaming from anywhere in the world, TDC 2025 represents a pivotal moment in the conference’s 15-year evolution. Behind the scenes, an ambitious transformation is taking place through a partnership with development agency Numeral and Founder Allan Walker. Together, they’re not just elevating the conference experience – they’re building the digital infrastructure that will deliver world-class design education to a global audience, including 2025’s enhanced streaming platform and a comprehensive video-on-demand service. We sat down with Haynes and Walker to discuss TDC 2025, their partnership, and what’s driving this pivotal moment in the conference's evolution. EM: Hey guys! How are you both doing? Feeling ready for this year’s conference? MH: Am I ready for TDC? Hell yeah, I’m ready. I’ve never been more excited than I am for TDC 2025. We’ve got more blue sky ahead of us than ever before, and I plan to spread my wings and see just how much impact we can make with this next evolution of The Design Conference. Digitally speaking, we’ve never been better positioned for success – or global expansion. Allan Walker and the team at Numeral, along with our streaming partners at Layercake, have given me so much to be grateful for. The heavy operational legwork I used to carry has now been engineered out of my day-to-day, giving me more time to connect with our audience and focus on creating experiences that resonate deeply.
