Chris Trivizas Designs Basegrill House Wine Packaging

Basegrill Athens, the restaurant of the brothers Spyros and Vangelis Liakos, has become a reference point in Attica for its good meat and excellent hospitality. Premium quality meats are prepared, cut and properly cooked, arriving straight to the table. The logo symbol is based on the initial letter of the business and its design is inspired by the classic grill. The weight of the typography has been chosen in order to create a symbolical link to the basic product of the company, the meat. The design of the new Basegrill® Athens labels was inspired by the restaurants’ reopening after many months of lockdown, by the return to normalcy and our coming together. The new series of labels is dedicated to a trilogy of wines from the ‘Alexiou’ vineyards. The aim was for the label to interact with
