“A little bird with an angel’s throat and light with sleep” The Warbler (Toutinegra) is known for its beautiful and famous night song. It has one of the longest and loudest songs among birds, and it is distinguished by its sonority and peculiar crackle. The Toutinegra sings at night to communicate, but mainly to attract a mate for mating. It is a privilege to be lucky enough to witness this night song. As the world falls asleep under the stars on a summer night in the calm of the Alentejo fields in southern Portugal, the harmonious song of the Toutinegra echoes, accompanying the nocturnal harvest that produces this wine with its dark color and fruity character.
