Bruno strikes the perfect balance between expertise and accessibility in LegalPlace’s rebrand
Starting a business demands clarity, not confusion. LegalPlace, a comprehensive SaaS platform that centralises banking, domiciliation, contract management and administrative obligations for entrepreneurs, has received a complete rebrand from French agency Bruno that positions the company as the definitive guide for business formation. The rebrand addresses a fundamental challenge facing the legal tech space. “The previous visual identity lacked reassurance. It felt a bit too much like a start-up, and there were some UX issues,” Creative Director Pierre Jeannelle explains. “The brief was to create an identity that felt solid and reassuring, so people would feel guided. The goal was not to make a trendy, overly modern or too youthful brand, but rather something compatible with anyone looking to start a business.” Bruno developed the concept of ‘the guide’ as the central organising principle for the entire rebrand. “The concept came quite fast. LegalPlace is essentially the link to the unknown. The guide knows and belongs to both worlds,” Jeannelle notes. This positioning acknowledges that legal processes can feel foreign and intimidating to entrepreneurs, while positioning LegalPlace as the knowledgeable intermediary who translates complex requirements into accessible guidance.
